Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the Season’s Best Boxes and Subscriptions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the following terms and conditions. Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. reserves the right to modify and revise these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason and without notice. It is your responsibility to frequently check back to ensure you’ve read the most up-to-date terms and conditions.

BILLING

You must be at least 18 years of age or older to subscribe to the Season’s Best Subscription Boxes. By subscribing to the service, you warrant that you are capable of entering a binding contract and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Billing for Homegrown House and Pantry Inc.’s Season’s Best Subscription Boxes will occur on the following dates:

  • September 1st
  • December 1st
  • March 1st
  • June 1st

All prices are in CDN dollars. Boxes can be purchased either individually or annually (at a discounted rate). When purchased annually, you agree to authorize Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. to automatically bill and receive payments from your credit card on a quarterly basis (specifically, on the dates above).

All sales on boxes are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on any items received as part of the Season’s Best boxes. All products in the boxes are sold “as is” but we ensure that they will be at the quality for intended use at the time of delivery.

PICKUP, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

 

Pickup, delivery or shipping of Subscription Boxes will start on the first business day of September, December, March, and June.

Pickup: Season’s Best Subscription Boxes are available for pickup during regular business hours at Homegrown House and Pantry Inc., located at:

354 1st Avenue NW,

Airdrie, AB

T4B 0C4

You will be phoned and notified when your box is available for pickup.

Local Delivery: Free local delivery is only available within the City of Airdrie City limits. Deliveries are only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will be contacted at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a half hour period where you will be home for delivery to ensure the integrity of the refrigerated or frozen products are not compromised. Homegrown will not attempt delivery without first arranging a time for drop off.

Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. will not leave refrigerated or frozen goods unattended at a house. Delivery will be attempted twice, but if you are not there for both attempts, you will have to pick up your box at Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. and it will be your responsibility to pick it up.

Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $20 will be applied for all shipping. Shipping of subscription boxes is only available within Canada.

Delayed and damaged packages are a possibility and will be covered up to a maximum of $100 through Canada Post. If you require additional insurance, signature upon delivery or next day delivery on your package it can be purchased at an additional price. For this additional service and pricing, it is your responsibility to contact homegrowninab@gmail.com by the 21st of each month.

It is your responsibility to ensure your address is accurate and up to date. If there are any changes to your address, it is your responsibility to update your address a minimum of 2 weeks before your next box by contacting us directly.

CANCELLATIONS

 Subscriptions can be cancelled a minimum of 1 week prior to billing date by notifying Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. via email at homegrowninab@gmail.com. Cancellations after this time frame will still be billed for the subsequent quarter, and the box will still be sent.
