Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. Online Store. It is your responsibility to read and understand the following terms and conditions. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from Homegrown House and Pantry Inc., you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. reserves the right to modify and revise these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason and without notice. It is your responsibility to frequently check back to ensure you’ve read the most up-to-date terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

You may place an online order with one of the following methods of payment: Interact, VISA, VISA Checkout, MasterCard, and AMEX. You will receive an email confirmation including your order number shortly after you complete checkout. Be sure to scan your junk mail folder just in case it didn’t make it into your inbox. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please call Homegrown at (403) 629-1128 and we’ll be happy to sort this out.

PICKUP, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Online Store & Gift Baskets

Pickup: You will be phoned and notified when your order is available for pickup. Most orders are generally ready within 24 hours.

Pickup can occur during regular business hours at Homegrown House and Pantry Inc., located at:

All pickups MUST be completed within 30 days of the order. We will call to notify of final pickup availability. If the order is not picked up within 30 days or an arrangement is not confirmed that pickup will happen, the basket or order will be deemed to be abandoned and will become Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. property.

Delivery 

Delivery may be available on a case-by-case basis. It is an additional $6 per delivery and will be arranged over the phone.

Shipping

Shipping is currently not available at Homegrown.

Gift Cards

An email confirmation will be sent providing a confirmation number. This confirmation number is required in order to use the gift card in store. After using the gift card in store, if there is an outstanding balance, the remainder will be provided on a physical gift card.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS

To cancel or return a product, please call Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. at (403) 629-1128. Refunds and exchanges can be accepted of within 30 days of the original purchase. The goods must be unopened, unaltered/unlaundered, and be in good standing. Refunds will be provided in the same tender that was provided for the original purchase.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Homegrown House and Pantry Inc. retains the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
